Sunnywell (Changzhou) metal materials Co., Ltd. was founded in Nov. 3, 2010, with registered capital of 369 million RMB. It is located at Jintan Economic Development Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. For project phase one, it has an area of 46 acres. It produces sawing wire (Straight wire and Sabre wire), diamond wire and diamond cable for hard material slicing, and steel cord for tire reinforcement.
It took only seven months from the groundbreaking of the project to the up-and-running of the plant. And this fast speed is definitely a worldwide record. In December 2011, Sunnywell fully acquired Zhenjiang Naisi Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., who was among the top three players in the sawing wire industry at that moment. Through this acquisition, Sunnywell quickly consolidated its market leadership position. Today, the sales and service network of Sunnywell not only covers the whole China, providing high-quality steel wire products and services for more than 200 customers.
Sunnywell is committed to the development of new products based on its core competences in metal transformation and coating technology. With more than 150 patents, the company can provide not only 70 to 450μm straight wire, 90 to 120μm sabre wire, and ST and UT steel cord, but also electroplated diamond wire (EW), electroplated diamond cable (DC) and resin bonded diamond wire (RW). This richest product mix has made Sunnywell a unique supplier in the industry.
